Canada Labour Code, Part II – Occupational Health and Safety for Managers and Supervisors
Course Format: The course format includes, seven (7) hours of classroom instruction with the visual aid of a power point presentation.
Course Objectives: The course focuses on those requirements of the Canada Labour Code part II (CLC-II) which are likely to be important to managers and supervisors in their daily work. Upon completion of this course managers and supervisors will understand their duties and responsibilities under the CLC-II, resolve complaints and work refusals and assist in accident investigations.
