Safety Leadership Training
Course Objectives: A training program developed for all supervisors and frontline personnel. The program runs over seven (7) hours and is designed to provide leaders with insight into actions and behaviors necessary to create and sustain a safety culture.

Module 5: Problem Solving and Decision Making

Completion of the safety leadership training will provide the knowledge and skills for managers to directly influence a positive safety culture.
